Account closed by force and it has been two months since they have not returned my money. Submitted a funds release form two months ago and still no notification so went into the branch to get my money back and they said they cannot do it as they are incapable of doing such a simple action of returning customers money. I have consulted my lawyer and will be proceeding to press charges soon.If you want your money to be in safe hands PLEASE DO NOT open a bank account here.

All the other branches have been closed and only one cashier open in central Oxford. 45 minutes to get change that I had pre-ordered. Terrible service!

I was expected an hour wait (as with other Natwest branches) but to my surprise I was seen within 5 minutes. Definitely worth visiting off-peak if you need their services.They lose one star as all their services are uncompetitive. If you want a mortgage etc you?d get a far better deal elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful bank, staff are incredibly friendly, kind and always ready to answer any questions and offer assistance if needed. There are many facilities for easily paying into your account and viewing your statement. There is even a machine that collects loose coins and converts them into a voucher to pay into your account which is very handy. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere with everything that you need.

Adam was absolutely fantastic today - a credit to your branch and resolved an issue which multiple phone calls, online messaging and emails (all at NatWest's own request) have thus far failed to do. Counter with cashiers is oddly hidden at the back of the bank and needs better signage, but luckily I found Adam at the front of the bank and he couldn't have been more understanding, helpful and polite.

Most unhelpful. I tried to open an account here early February, took all my details and said it would take a month at most, it's now mid April and I have heard nothing. They don't even have the decency to keep you informed of any issues. Listening to the way the two lads out front interacted with staff and themselves should of been my first red flag at how unprofessional this place is. I'm with HSBC now, a much better experience!

Never again !!! I just try to open account, very poor service, two weeks to get them to post me letter with bank details. I closed the account immediately. I will stay out from this bank, they don't care for new clients, how they care for their current clients ??? Thank you, never again!!!
