Ridiculous service. Stood waiting for 15 minutes before being told to join the back of the queue even though no signs saying to queue for assistance. Then they go and serve people who are not in the queue. Make a policy and stick to it and make it clear that you need to queue for assistance. Short staff at peak times. Slow service, staying with a customer for more than 30 minutes is no efficient and poor time management. Service okay when finally got served.

Me and my partner had the most magical experience with Nathan. It was my birthday and I had a idea of some earrings, but we were not aware of the offering of 3 for 2 and Nathan was so attentive and listened to what I liked and what I didn?t, i left feeling amazing and with 3 beautiful pieces that suited me so well. thank-you nathan and pandora!

I received excellent customer service whilst in pandora today (really sorry forgot the name) but the girl who served me was really helpful and friendly. I went in to buy a charm braclet and I was helped all the way through the sale, and informed on all the different saftey features for the braclet and cleaning products i found this really helpful so thankyou.

came in to switch two of my bracelets to a bigger size and was helped by Mellissa the manager, who was so lovely and was able to resolve the issue and i ended up leaving with a brand new charm too!

I want to say a massive thank you to laura absolutely wonderful experience the store even though the ring was in stock it wasn?t in my size she didn?t stop searching until she had tried every possible solution I could not thank this woman enough she found a ring just to check sizing on me and I fell Inlove with it I felt so bad as I had put her already through all of that she assured me she was so happy and wished me a happy birthday for the next day as I told her it was my birthday tomorrow.I?m so happy with my new ring and can?t wait to come back thank you laura!!!!

Went to the Oxford store to try and resolve a problem with my daughter's bracelet after they had altered it and clean it, resulting in a faulty clasp and my daughter lost her charms. Wasn't a problem before the size alterations. My original purchase receipt showed they had given me a more expensive bracelet than I ordered, so the store Manager (Melissa) was reluctant to help. I assured her it was my daughter's only chain bracelet and that they must have sent me back the wrong one from the alterations. She said that was impossible. I replied, that must be the only explanation. Her response was, and I quote; "don't want an attitude and you getting all huffy puffy". I was gobsmacked! I did not have an attitude (Melissa, clearly did). She shouted at me in front of my 10 year old son whom she made feel very uncomfortable and wanted to leave the store. He had to go stand in the corner away from her.I did not respond to her outburst.Upon looking at back orders on her computer she did indeed discover that it was in fact the bracelet sent off for alterations and that they had indeed given me the incorrect item when originally purchased and the clasp was in fact faulty. So nothing of which was my fault.I did not receive an apology.I eventually got a replacement.Before leaving she tried to tell me to get a safety chain, which I told her, her assistant demonstrated earlier to me and it didn't work and her charms fell on the floor.I'm a business owner of 17 years and 35 years customer service experience and never have I received treatment of this kind, or witnessed a Manager of this nature. She needs to go back to management training school. If one of my Manager's had talked to a customer like that, I would have to discipline.I was upset and angry when I left the store and upset she had her unnecessary outburst in front of my son.I won't be visiting the Oxford store again.

Served by Amore yesterday, crazy busy a day before valentine?s day but she gave best service. She was calm, gave so many suggestions, great product knowledge and highly professional.. Oxford pandora have lot of gems in their jewellery but real gem of the shop is Amore.

Had a problem with my daughters first ever pandora bracelet, went into pandora Westgate and problem was resolved straight away. Great customer service from the whole team. Will definitely be coming back.

Almost walked out after a lecture on queuing when there were no queues. Understandably busy - Christmas Eve-eve, customers were going straight to the counters to view the lovely jewellery. As did we. Asked if we wanted help we were directed to the empty counter for earrings. After asking another member of staff to look at some, a manager-esque member of staff curtly explained there is a queuing system, but as there was no queue we could be served.As there was no queue, I was bewildered her terse response and asked for an explanation whereby I received a repeat of the same.Feeling as though this was an affront I explained I was happy to take my custom elsewhere!Afterwards I thought there was nothing to suggest a queuing system, but then saw an A4 sign tucked away at the back of the shop, but nothing at the front or member of staff directing/informing customers.The positive is that the lady who served us was very helpful. The remainder of the shopping experience was good. But I will be reluctant to return. I suggest the store manager or supervisor (whatever her role is) undergoes some reappraisal on face to face contact with customers.
