Ordered a pizza which showed delivered online after a few minutes but didn't arrive until 20 minutes later.Not a review but rather information : There's no dining space in there. It's more of a takeaway restaurant with seats available if you want to wait for your order.

I ordered a pizza and wings at 9:52 pm. At 10:43 pm I received a call that my order "may be delayed." It's already late. There is no manager, and the person I spoke with can't give me an exact time. They say it "may be another 30 minutes."30 minutes later, the tracker says the pizza has been delivered, but there is no pizza. I call the store, and the person who answers the phone says they will call the driver. They do not call me back, and when I try them again, the store has closed and no one answers the phone. Now, they have my money and have not provided me with my food or a refund. They didn't even call me back.Terrible customer service.

I'm disappointed, food wasn't very good and arrived here almost cold. Paid for priority and waited endless, driver ignored instructions, didn't respond to messages and wasn't friendly. I would have preferred to get my money back. It was very bad.

I ordered 1 large for £10 offer in half and half using the app for my colleaguea, it was smooth navigation and they made it in 10 mins! Can't be happier.

Do not use this store. Placed an order online, and after there was no sign of it, phoned the store. So so incredibly rude - they said they hadn't received it, that I'd get a refund, and just hung up. Hard to imagine what is going through their minds for them to think this is the right way to talk to

Pizza hardly had anything on there, it was like a margarita with a couple of veg here and there. Will never be ordering from there again.

Hair baked into pizza which is gross, rest of pizza went in the bin. Doesn?t give me much hope that the are adhering to health and safety standards.

Placed an order, minutes later i rang to make an amendment to be told the pizza was already made and out for delivery. 20 minutes later the app updated once the driver had actually gone out for delivery. Utter laziness on their part. Awful service.

Best pizza we have had for a very long time, hot and very tasty, plenty of toppings. We can recommend the Mexican and half hawaiian and half BBQ Chicken Classic.Sides were great cheesy chicken papa bites first time having these and would highly recommend these jalapeño bites were as tasty as well.Thank you Papa Johns - Rosehill

We had pizza last night, but one of the pizza it was in the top massive long hair when I called the next day to give them a feedback about what happened the guy he didn?t believe me. His name. Is Jason short guy with the glasses and when I try to explain to him over the phone, he hung up on me this what he did is not a professional he make me feel so bad. His name is Jason with the glasses on
