?Service without a smile?Adequate service eventually today from the two ingrates who decided to continue chatting with each other and scowl at customers (blonde woman and a large brown haired man) rather than doing a reasonable customer service job.Please Screwfix - send your employees on a customer services course.

It's great of you know what you're looking for, and you can just order it online.The staff unfortunately is not very helpful, they only search the website themselves and seem to not really know what they are selling or helpful if finding what you need

Used numerous Screwfix stores over the years in London, the North and the Midlands. This one has to be an absolute low point. Staff are totally disengaged to the point of being rude. If you have an issue with a click and collect order, then good luck- help will not be forthcoming- instead a referral to the Screwfix customer service number. Communication difficult as music is usually blaring out on a Makita radio. I'm sure this contravenes most accessibility legislation and good luck if you're hard of hearing. Clearly some symptomatic management problems at this store- would provide for a very entertaining 'Secret Boss' episode. A visit to the adjacent Toolstation, or the Screwfix at Thame, is like night and day. Two stars just because if you get lucky, some of the staff are pretty friendly/good.

Im a tradesman so go to a lot of different Screwfix stores but had to write a review for this one as the service was great! Matt was very polite and helpful and even offered me a cup of tea. 5 stars !!!
