Sports direct has wasted so much of my time. I visited looking for size 12 Astro turf trainers and despite showing over 50 brands with my size they didn?t have one pair in stock. First wasted trip. I ordered my size online but when it arrived it was uncomfortable. Rather than go through the effort of packaging and posting I decided to visit the store to return them. But it turns out they no longer accept returns in store. Over an hour and a half of wasted driving, an hour of asking them which shoes they have in stock before being told they have nothing. Why is this store even here at this point. And now I?ve wasted 10 minutes writing this review and a minute of every potential customer who reads it.

The staff are not very helpful long queues at the tills . find something you want in store after seeing the item on line can be real challenge.

Very helpful shop floor and till staff. We needed help getting some trainers for our daughter. Young man not only offered advice but also went upstairs to women's section to collect them. To save us a trip up two flights of stairs. We have always found this store well stocked and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Big shop with massive range the same clothes. Mostly Lonsdale but Nike Adidas and Reebok available. Its looks like second or even third quality grade

The store layout is incredibly chaotic and inconvenient. The staff present do pop in and out of staff doors, but either avoid customers or take a very long time to fetch items for people. Very little space to try on shoes in the store. I wouldn't recommend shopping for items here unless you already know exactly what you want, grab that and pay.

Terrible service. Told one of the workers to kindly get the other pair of the shoe and took about 10 minutes to get it for me. Very bad. Recommend going to decathlon instead, much better service/ shop in general.
