The WORST ramen I ever tasted.I work as a private chef and they served me OLD RAMEN, the smell was sooo bad that I almost vomit.This is not the first time.I?ve been trying in different Wagamamas, different cities, but Oxford is always the worst?

Had a lovely time here, food was delicious and the guy who served our table just made our evening so much better. He was polite, friendly and so attentive - I hope Wagamama values him as he will be the reason we will be going back on a regular basis. Thank you Noah for making our evening ??

Came for a quick lunch and the restaurant was not busy. Despite this my food was not hot. When (politely) pointing this out to the waitress, there was no apology, only an aggressive denial. For the prices now being charged, cool noodles are simply not worth it. What a shame.

I liked the place. I liked the free green tea they offer. I liked the employee attitude. I liked the general atmosphere. I recommend having a delicious meal there or a cup of green tea.

Overall the food was tasty. My only reason it's a 4 star was the Ramen noodles were a bit soft on the bite or was over cooked slightly.

Not for black people. My first experience with something that looks like racism. I don?t usually give a hoot about such stuff because I think colour has nothing to do with being dumb or having a low IQ.Maybe it?s rascism maybe it?s not but I was expected to hold a menu and place an order standing plus wait for the food for 15minutes while standing. Amazing ! This lady had me standing at the door with a menu. I went back to ask her if that?s what really happened or I was jaded. The reply was : customers order their food then hang around and come back to pick it. They had an empty space upstairs but that is not usually open. However clients went up while I was standing there and clients went up when I passed earlier and had walked all the way to west gate then decided to come back and order a meal. She said : priority seating is for those who eat in and that she meant I could take a seat but if people came in then she would have to seat them first. Despite the attempts to confuse me, it really is clear what happened here. I?ve never had Wagamama before and someone literally chatted me up that night and said go try their food. There are lots of nice restaurants on the roof top of west gate mall and that?s where I was initially headed. I won?t miss what I?ve never eaten.

I?m a huge Wagamama fan and really enjoy the food and trying new dishes. Today I went to the Wagamama in Oxford and had Judith as my waitress and this has yet been the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. She is so attentive, polite and joyful. Thank you for making our experience even better due to your service.

Very popular place, it's best to arrive early.Great food, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere all make for an enjoyable eating experience. I would definitely recommend.

Very, very disappointed. On our canal holiday we decided to order a takeaway (due to having a dog with us). Walked 15mins there and then 15 mins back to discover one of the meals was missing. When we rang, and they realised the meal was still with them, the only options given was to have a new one cooked to have picked up in an hour or a voucher!! We went for the 1st option but really this wasn't at all acceptable as one of us had to wait while the 1st meals were eaten and then walk again to fetch the other. No compensation at all was offered.

Had a good time at wagamama as a stop off for lunch! We enjoyed going as a group of 4 and got in pretty easily. The service was sharp, and we got our food in around 15 minutes of sitting down. We all had different dishes but shared between us - all agreed on the shirodashi pork belly ramen!! We had a bit of a problem when needing things, though, and couldn't be attended to as swiftly as normal. But I really enjoyed all the equations on the window - made us feel smart!!
