What a mission, just to speak to someone! and what sort of company hides there telephone number, so you can't talk to people where you want to stay.Instead you get someone that can hardly speak English, so what should take 5 mins take 30 min's!Nice to set the tone as rubbish even before you start.

Pro?s:- Nice breakfast and Karen the massage therapist was brilliant.Con?s:- My room had hair and what looked like dry skin in the carpet (photo uploaded), it obviously hadn?t been hoovered. The toilet still had remnants of the previous guest?s toilet visit which was pretty disgusting.- My three friends all had spa treatments booked in at 10am on Sunday, I even had an email confirmation of this directly from the spa a few days prior. Upon checking in on Saturday at 3pm, we received a phone call to say that they were late for their treatments? They had to go in separately and at different times, ruining our afternoon and evening plans. I went to the reception area and was repeatedly fobbed off until I spoke to a manager and even she couldn?t explain what had happened. I read other reviews about this prior to visiting so had even made sure to email and call before our stay, obviously this wasn?t enough to make up for the hotel?s lack of organisation.- The pool area has children ?splash time? twice a day AND children?s swimming lessons, so if your treatment is around that time, don?t expect to relax by the pool ?? There is a ?relaxation room? that is just a room with crusty old armchairs for you to sit in. There really ought to be a separate area for children as it was just unpleasant for those without kids wanting to relax.- Two vegetarian options on the menu, immediately told that one was unavailable so vegan burger it is. I asked the brand of vegan burger and was told that it was ?Miami?. A quick Google search tells me that you get x2 vegan patties from Asda for £2.75. Yet we were charged £15.95 each for this plus frozen chips. Astonishing.Still awaiting an update on the 50% refund we were promised for the spa treatments. Sunday morning we were told that actually, we WERE booked in 10am Sunday?! It was of course too late by this point and we already had a very sour taste in our mouths.We paid over £800 for our stay in total. Really sub-standard and would not recommend.

The rooms and the hotel itself are reasonable. The location is very far from everywhere. The breakfast was reasonable.The worst thing about this hotel is definitely its cleanliness. There was hair and hair on the floor of the room and even on the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I woke up in the morning.I ordered a hamburger to eat, but the hamburger bun was so hard and stale that I couldn't eat it. I will remember this place as a bad experience.

PLEASE on arrival tell guests to respect the peace of others. Also let's try some noise management on the doors. Blimey. I am not relaxed at all. I thought Hilton meant luxury. Danielle at the desk. You are a diamond. This review is not about you and the million and one tasks you perform with no apparent support.Rooms: Bloody communicatingdoors mean you get to share phone calls with your neighbours.

What should have been a relaxing spa break was very stressful.My booking confirmation said treatments at 10am to find out upon arrival that my treatments were booked at 12:30, there was nothing they could do about it. I was told to wait 10 mins before 12:30 in the lounge, but the therapists were running late (I had to go to find out myself, nobody came to let me know) I ended up having my treatments 20 mins later than the booked time. I had to ask to heva a takeaway lunch and they also forgot half of the order.All went wrong from start to end basically.Plus the place was not the cleanest place to be honest.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed at the Hotel as I was receiving daily Cancer treatment at the Churchill hospital.I know my wife has already placed a review on Trip Advisor I just wanted to also say a Massive Thank You to everyone who looked after us especially Natalie who was not only kind but who always made sure my meals were on point as I am a rather fussy eater.We will definitely be coming back.Rooms: Room was fantasticFood & drinks: Food was hot and plenty of it

Fabulous service from Lauren in the restaurant. Didn't like the pool it was to cold no bars round the side for non swimmers to hold onto. The changing room was way to small I had nowhere to sit and change as it had children babies and mothers in

On arrival our room was not ready, so being offered a complimentary drink for my wife and I was a nice touch while our room was being readied. The warm cookie on arrival was good too.The menu was varied and the food was lovely. The bedroom itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, although de-cobwebbing could have been better, and we had to ask a housekeeper for a TV remote. Poor service on 2 separate visits for restaurant and spa, can?t review hotel rooms as only visited for conference and spa day.Service in the restaurant needs some serious shaking up. First visit I visited for a works conference, and waited over 1 hour for a baguette. After asking multiple times where it was as I need to attend a meeting (restaurant was empty) it finally arrived burnt and not edible. I then asked for a refund which took 4 weeks.On my second visit for a spa day with my mum which was a gift, it was awful experience and we left after an hour.We arrived at the spa to find the changing rooms full with mums and screaming babies who had just finished having a lesson with no room available to get changed as a very small changing room- this is fine but needs to be communicated to guests who have booked a spa day to relax. The only size robes the spa had available was Small? not very inclusive.The only nice thing was the massage which was enjoyable and therapist was lovely.Pool area itself is limited and in need of TLC and a deep clean.After our massage we went to the restaurant for lunch, we went to the bar to ask where people from the spa are able to eat. The ladies explained we needed to go over to the opposite side to the restaurant to eat with the other spa users. We wandered over to find 10/15 other spa users in their robes eating.We waited 20 min for someone to seat us who abruptly asked ?do you have a booking? we explained no we just wanted a sandwich of the lunch menu. He then told us we were not allowed to sit in the area with the other spa guests and would have to sit in the bar. We explained we didn?t feel comfortable sitting in the bar as was full with people fully dressed for work etc. and not in robes from the spa and he said this was the only option if we wanted to eat. After this experience we decided to leave and were left very upset and disappointed with our experience.

I would like to extend my gratitude to a member of staff named-Nictavin who did spa on me. She was professional and engaged well with me and made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Her work was much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to all who want to do spa. More over i would also like to appreciate another employee named Marvin who was in the Restaurant. He welcomed and oriented us well.

Thanks for ruining my weekend, booked directly for half board including spa treatments. Phone 8 times to check a couple of things only to be told no spa treatments available, so why was I able to book this and pay a deposit? Very upset and disappointed, after a tough few months with health issues , I was very much looking forward to this. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 working days to get my deposit back , time of work and such short notice that I doubt I will find anywhere else. I will not be booking with you again.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room in theory well equipped and sizeable, however the mattress felt low-spec, was uncomfortable and the temperature was too warm even with windows open for the duration of my stay. Having a room backing onto the carpark also made light and noise (from motorway) an issue whilst sleeping.
