“After more than five years of regular use as a bed and desk my Studybed had a problem the other day with one of its balancing rods. It was critical for me as I needed to use the bed by the weekend for a family visit. But Nigel at the office promptly sorted out a visit and like a Superhero their engineer zoomed in, replaced the faulty part, gave the bed a service, added some handy stops that have improved the design since 2017 and left again for nothing more than my gratitude a friendly hand-shake! Studybed made my day. The quality of desk/bed never ceases to amaze me and my guests and the service offered by the company is friendly and nothing short of first class!”

“Nice hotel, for the price we are satisfied with the service provided, quality of our stay etc Travel lodge is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. We stayed here to attend a family friends wedding. Could be considered to some to be on the pricier side but this is purely down to location, about £100 per night but we also know we can stay in top notch 5 star hotel in London, paris, rome, etc, you name it, for £200 a night..... The duty manager Ryan is an asset to your company, nothing was too much trouble for him, he arranged taxis for us, got us more milk & teabags If I am to be overly picky there was only 1 mug in the room upon arrival and the refreshments placer was half full but as already said Ryan rushed to resolve this, very affable lad Would definitely stay here again in future if travelling in the area Thank You Mr & Mrs S”
