(Translated by Google) My recommendation to anyone who wants to open an account at Lloyds Bank is to avoid this branch. I have gone to help a friend to open an account and they have rejected their documentation on two occasions. On the first occasion, he went with his passport and as proof of address he brought the rental contract. It was rejected because the contract was digitally signed. We have returned with letters from the GP and Council Tax, in which he clearly shows his name, surname and address. They have been rejected again because in the United Kingdom it has been registered with a single surname and in the passport it puts two surnames. The girl at the branch has not been or has not wanted to understand that in Spain two surnames are used and that in the United Kingdom only one. The girl's recommendation is that we go to the council and the NHS to put both surnames if we want her to validate the documentation for us.It is very sad to feel that not only did he not help us but that he made things more difficult for us.(Original)Mi recomendación a cualquier persona que quiera abrir una cuenta en Lloyds Bank es evitar esta sucursal. La chica de la sucursal no ha sido o no a querido entender q en España se usan dos apellidos y q en Reino Unido solo uno. La recomendación de la chica es q fuéramos al council y al NHS a poner los dos apellidos si queríamos que ella nos validase la documentación.Es muy triste sentir q no solo no nos ayudaba sino que nos ponía las cosas más difíciles.

I have tried to open an account several times and they have rejected me inventing procedures, racist people with very professionalism.
Especially to the Manager Sarah who shows that she is not professional and racist.
I have filed a complaint to take action against the ineptitude of this staff
