Oxford shop is impossible to get to because of Botley Rd repairs, so went to Witney.\\nHusband wanted a tailored jacket, none in the shop. Told to order on line but with no jackets to try on sizing online is a problem.\\nDecided to have a coffee, all tables either being used or full of dirty crockery and cutlery. Photos available

Call yesterday, a member of the food hall team in Witney ,Domanic, went more than the extra mile in assisting myself, who has mobility challenges and my mother in a wheelchair, nothing was too much, he was kind, caring, supportive, and enthusiastic to meet our customer service needs, I hope this young gentleman is acknowledged for his extraordinary high-level customer service, and certainly excels in his chosen career. Well done Marks & Spencer?s for recruiting such an exceptional young staff member who truly cares about customer service.

A department store with lots of different things including a well stocked food hall. Great for Percy Pig sweets!

Very limited clothing selection, barely anything in short and/or larger sizes. Mens stuff crammed in a corner on the 1st floor. Very very few staff. Bafflingly huge array of leggings though..like over 25% of the entire women's clothing section is just leggings.

After leaving the cinema across the way from this Witney M&S, we thought that a £10 dine in for two, would be ideal for a quick dinner, that evening. Picked up the items, got charge £15 instead of £10. Did try figuring out what was wrong, but really didn't want queue up again, to sort it out. However in the evening at home, I emailed customer service. The reply came back next day. It appears I picked up the wrong main meal items, that was not included in the deal..!. Even though it was in the 'Dine in' deals cabinet. On the packs are some small dine in text, which we did register at the time..Well silly old me ! ... Also if I would like to bring the items back, they would sort it out. As the email was a 'no reply' address, I couldn't reply, to say we had already dined, and the packaging was in the recycling.I wonder how many times customers get caught on this confusion. Waitrose put large colour code labels on the items, offered in 'Dine in' deals. Perhaps M&S should take note. For anyone reading this review, take a look at attached photo. Deal was main, side & Dessert..this is what we picked up, which was incorrect.. I am thinking of sending it in as a question on Who wants to be a Millionaire. "Is this a £10 deal or is it £15"

I went in this afternoon, having pre-checked the opening times, to buy a couple of pairs of work trousers. Having found what I wanted I saw a note at the fitting room entrance instructing me to ask a member of staff for access. Upon doing so, I received a mumbled answer, the last word of which was 'closed'. To clarify, I asked if the store was closed to be told that it was indeed open but that the fitting rooms close at 1600. No apology, no nothing. Having informed the staff member that I would not, therefore, be buying anything, I left. I can see no logic in closing fitting rooms 3 hours prior to closing. This slapdash, disinterested approach is simply not acceptable, nevermind in a post-covid world where I would expect retailers to welcome sales not actively turn them away.

Went shopping here this morning. Actually the shop is relatively small as supermarkets go but they have a nice selection of desserts and chocolates. Recently I've been enjoying Lindt (which they don't sell) but gave M&S chocolates a go, and happily they were really nice. Quite fancy, and good for gifts too. Also, picked up a box of Neapolitan ice cream, easy to scoop out of the box straight from the freezer. Not sure I'd shop here for meat though, selection seems a bit small.

My husband and I came shopping as normal to your store for food.I needed a bathroom but you had locked yours down why ?Yesterday we went to Sainsbury's they had toilet facilities and had left them open. This is a basic human necessity I am not sure how the elderly like ourselves and people with children manage.Shame really we have shopped with MnS for over 35 years but now will have to boycott your store at Witney. For some reason Witney dont appreciate people do need bathroom facilities none were open on Thursday.Shame on you all for not being thoughtful/caring.

Never anything I want in there. After 72 years of buying my stabdard pyjamas from M &S I was told they didnt do them any more. Haven't been able to buy any of my clothing in there for over 2 years. Other shops still supply them.

Love M& S Witney, such helpful friendly staff. Recommend the food Hall, always spotless with fresh food and fruit and if it?s not on the shelf they are always ready to go and look. Also the Cafe, again so friendly and spotlessly clean. Well done Witney.
