Some of the team members show a great deal of empathy and understanding towards customers, seem friendly and approachable. Unfortunately the majority of the staff are rude, swearing on the shop floor between colleagues. Complaints about management and other colleagues. Don't take the job role seriously and give customer the impression they would rather be elsewhere. Promotional ends could be improved and stock shouldn't be placed on the floor making it nearly impossible to move freely around the shop. Please invest in sorting the fridges out, the doors don't close properly. EVERI should be taken more seriously, it's mostly out of service because they don't communicate to the drivers to ask for receipts. The Internet connection is poor, with local events happening nearby the printer doesn't work.

What a joke! Women at check out was rude to an elderly lady who was struggling at the self service, which she only used because of how incredibly slow the service was. Only one person manning the whole store and as a final kick in the nuts after queing for 20 minutes she refused to sell me my Redbull because I didn't have I.D I'm 26. I must look 15? Train your staff ffs.

Agreeable and friendly staff. Not seen such a well organised store on a small scale before. Plenty of check outs both staffed and self service. Make sure you bring your Co Op membership card!

The older woman with the short hair was rude towards me today when I asked if she had any sourdough bread. She must have got out of bed on the wrong side this morning so I hope she gets her 8 hours tonight xox

I have no idea where these recent positive reviewers were shopping and mistaken it for this co-op, because this place is a disgrace! It feels claustrophobic, dingy and dirty, and none of the fridges? doors close, making me feel as if the products in the fridges aren?t in any way chilled to the legal standards. I?m surprised I?ve not had food poisoning from the odd times I?ve bought chilled food. What I find especially ridiculous is the claims on the fridges that they?re energy efficient. How can a fridge be in any way energy efficient when its doors are open?The store colleagues are unapproachable, and don?t seem to give a monkeys about sales or customers. I previously worked in a co-op as a team leader, and if my colleagues and store was like this one, I?d be utterly ashamed.
