There is no doubt there are supermarkets all around, but I have to confess I had the most memorable experience shopping at lidl.The price, the quality of goods and more importantly, the customer care service is top notch.Kudos to the management

Lidl was ok, as any Lidl store, nothing to write home about, but does the Job. It has an average stock, sometimes middle of Lidl can be interesting, and the food can be interesting too, I find the store on Oakham can be a bit stressful, and I don?t like Lidl?s checkout system as you have to quickly put it all back in your trolley then pack at the back shelf, which all elongates the whole process. However if you go later in the evening there?s not so many people about, so doesn?t feel as pressurised.

It's a Lidl.Decent food pretty cheap.Get the app and save, although not as much as you used to.

Great choices of a variety of stock, parking is always easy.The checkout staff don't throw your shopping at you unlike the "bigger" shops and all seem relaxed and will indulge in a little idle chit chat.The bakery is streets ahead of all other shops...worth a trip just for that!!

Good parking..good selection of baking,cakes, etc,by the time I get there,my cakes has sold out, could do with a couple of self service check outs especially cash ones, always good to go in and to straight out with out the queing

This store has always been tidy and well stocked. Parking outside the front door and plenty of it is always a positive.Cashier was ok but not massively friendly, but ok.There wasn't a massive queue at the checkout. I would happily shop here again although it isn't my first choice of food shops.

Just walked around doing shopping for 15 minutes, saying good morning to staff. Only to find when I went to pay, 'we don't sell anything til 10." Not impressed.As a Publican, I don't open my pub until I can make a sale.
