“Been here a handful of times while working in Aberdeen but this was the best visit made fantastic by the barmaid/waitress/probably(should be if not)supervisor working tonight. Didn’t ask her name but was dark haired, smiley, slim and had a plaster on her arm as though she’d recently given blood (for staff recognition purposes). Welcomed me and gave me the option of table service, ran through the menu and told me that the gammon was unavailable but gave alternatives, gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Bubbly personality that really uplifted after another week away from home. Genuinely, the best service I’ve had in Aberdeen. She didn’t stop working for as long as I was there and as I left she was busy with other guests but gave me a smile and a wave through the window as she cleared another table. I hope Belhaven Pubs have a staff recognition program and I’ve given enough detail to make sure credit goes to where it should. Thank you!”

“The BEST restaurant in Aberdeen! ❤️ We was blown away by how authentic, welcoming and nice this hidden treasure is. The food was really good, we had the special soup, goats cheese pastry, lasagne and pasta dish. Everything was so well delivered including how they serve you the wine. “First stop at this She'll for a hot snack as I saw lovely hot food at the one in Cove. Unfortunately no warm veggie options immediately available, all meat but got a veggie panini warmed up for me. “I just want to say a massive thank you to the kind man who was working today! I moved to Aberdeen yesterday and got lost out walking with my dog! My phone died and I could not use google maps. I was really stressed but the man working was lovely and called me a taxi and then called me another one when the first one did not come because I had a dog. Made sure I was ok,helped me back on my feet, checked my shopping was intact then insisted on staying with me until my grandchildren came to help me home. “Nice staff if you take the time to find out...pricey but all these type of shops are , only criticism i have is when there's a queue , staff think its better to be in the store room instead of having two tills on they leave people waiting at one till....apart from that its a typical newsagent , just don't go in if you are in a hurry.”

“Very convenient grocery store for urgent purchases, it is open quite early and closes late. However, I would not recommend for daily grocery shopping as prices are much higher here. Also, if you're like me and rarely at home, you can have orders from stores (eg asos) delivered here for easy pickup.”

“Was up there yesterday it was busy and nearly gave up but the /woman in charge. Was obviously experienced and sorted out the que it was the first time i had been in there .it looks small from the outside but with the way it is laid inside they have a lot to offer .got top up for my phone and put £10 om my electric meter key. “I am a support worker assisting a young lady in a wheelchair shopping at your store ,Karen went to use the cash machine unfortunately as it was so sunny we were unable to see screen !, we came in to the store and went to kiosk and the young assistant Tiernan was extremely helpful he escorted us to the self checkout where Karen wanted to buy sweets could get cash back . This young man was very helpful. Maybe you should install a shade over cash machines .”

“One of the best gas stations I have visited. The place is clean \\u0026 tidy and the staff is very friendly \\u0026 helpful. They also have a variety of promotions when u buy more than 1 item.
