Bank of waiting. Queues everywhere and only 1 ?express? machine working which results in a much less than express service! Joke of a bank, spending more time closing branches than doing the day job.

Been here numerous times. The reception has always been good. They have dedicated staff who attend your queries. Of course, the bank gets crowded easily and can take a while before one?s turn arrives. Busy days could also mean less efficient service - true with any bank. Spoken to different staff here and all of them have been helpful. Will highly recommend this branch. Smooth banking process. Account opening and operations were done quickly. 5 out of 5 for me.

I've been this one to open my account?most of the staffs are really nice but there is Chinese women working there is so rude to the customer ?when i walked in she act so arrogant and impatient to speak to you then she made me don't want to carry out anything anymore there?so i left?but i asked my friends a lot of my friends had same experience with me ?just don't understand why bank of Scotland would still use such disgusting and repellent staff that impact and stained banks reputation

This has become the one and only city centre branch as a result it can be very busy.The door welcome staff do welcome you after entering the branch to find out if they can assist you with something account relatedor are you just their for teller services

Today i went in to connect my bank account to my bank card to my app and the lady was very helpful.I was greeted with a smile and all the staff members were truly amazing.Had a great experience today with Bank of Scotland

Worst Bank of Scotland, I'm a student at University of Aberdeen, so i tried to open a account with their bank but even after attempting too many times , I'm still unavailable to create account online because of some error, so i have gone to the bank in person and tried to open a student account ,they gave me appointment of 1 week later from 10:30-12:00 clock Friday, i reached at 11:00 because of my class 9:00-11:00 and they're saying we are sorry , you can't make your bank account here, and no help for students , this is disgusting and no support at all ,should go to another bank. Instead of this bank, bad experience for a student though .....

Most of the employees there are very good, but I strongly don?t recommend that Chinese students go to that Chinese woman to do business. I guarantee you will be disgusted. It?s not that I look down on my compatriots, but she is much ruder than foreigners, and she is so arrogant that she shows off that she is a manager. I really have had enough of her. I don't even think about the feeling of serving Chinese people. When I speak Chinese to you, I feel arrogant. It's really disgusting. My friend also gave her a bad evaluation. I went to this branch 3 times, and finally an English-speaking employee helped me solve the problem. I really don?t know how such a person became a manager.

ATM machines cannot deposit cash, only checks. I am speechless. If you are far away, go to the post office near your home to deposit money. You have to wait in line for a long time to deposit money at the counter. You don?t have to queue in the post office

Worst Bank ever. Have blocked my card without any notifications and explanations. I?m stuck in England with no access to my money. Better to keep money in cash I suppose.
