Bit pricey

Clothing very overpriced. New stuff is more expensive than what you can buy it new for in the shops ??

Pros - Went here on a good sale day, pleasantly surprised by the prices (£3 per item). Mostly modern clothing. Nicely organized by color and size. Generally affordable prices (£6-25 per item) but not "wowed" by them.Cons - staff were not friendly, no one smiled. Got the impression customer service was annoying to the employees and they couldn't be bothered.

Staff are rude, clothing overpriced, especially new. The manager Sam speaks very load when he is there, of course, as most of a time he is either on holiday or supposedly "helping" to other branches all over the Scotland, Shetlands including? Why? when his own branch is clearly behind. The statf pleasing themsleves. Customers treated depending on the staff's mood, especially Nick & Denis, Same about refunds & exchanges. Sometimes they ok with it, sometimes simply can't be bothered & using weird excuses for not exchanging..although it is a charity shop, not a food market & other branches of red crss in the UK relaxed about exchanges. Also staff stearing at customers & discussing who spends how much & what was bought by such&such customer. Hence, the branch is never busy. So, can't recommend.Next quarter up the Union st has C research, BHF, prices & attitude far betetr.
