Robert at the kittybrewster store was excellent. Great Customer service from him and went above and beyond to help with the carpet I was looking at, unrolled it for me to check it out and then put the sale through and carried it to my car for me. Happy with the price. Many thanks ?

Extremely disgusted with the policies in this place. My mother had applied for a position and was deemed successful based on her experience ( all included in the CV she attached in her application). The hiring manager then contacts her to fill in the demographic questionnaire and not even 15 minutes later she gets a rejection. So my question is, why are they allowed to desciminate based in someone's demographic information? This is unheard of in any other business.

Avoid this place like the plague. Told a date they would fit our vinyl, I had to phone them the night before to be told it wouldn?t be getting fitted as it hadn?t been delivered. Given a new fitting day 2 weeks later only to find out that they had ordered the wrong size. Surely a company this size would be capable of ordering the correct size of vinyl. All this messing about only to be offered a £50 refund. I?m actually stunned they?re still in business. Also told I?d be sent a £75 cheque to cover the cost of the extra bit of flooring that they had to order, still not received after over a monthAn update: I get a reply to this review to get in touch and once the manager had been included in the email chain, they?ve just completely ignored my email. Please do not go here for your flooring or carpets, once they have your money they couldn?t care less about you. Promise you money back that they don?t pay you. The person is called a manager but they can?t even reply to an email so obviously not the greatest at their job. Shocking company and shocking customer service

Myself and my mum went into to the Kittybrewster store to purchase stair carpet and bathroom flooring and we were assisted by Anthony who was exceptionally helpful and polite and enabled us to purchase all we needed without any hassle. Anthony explained everything properly and was very pleasant. Thank you Anthony.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication and no reply to my enquiry regarding the damages made during the carpet fitting.Since I placed my order on the 3rd of July, the shop staff in Aberdeen was rarely communicating with me regarding delays and other problems. There was only one day when they were calling me with updates regularly. I am only pleased that they agreed to cover the cost of the furniture to be moved for the carpet fitting due to delays on their side. The carpet was fitted over a month ago on the 29th of July, during my absence at home, and I noticed multiple damages on my return. In every room the skirting boards and the wardrobe door were damaged; also there were two holes in the wall. The next day, I spoke to one of the staff members regarding this issue and sent an email with photos. I was reassured someone would be in touch with me regarding this. This didn't happen. Last week, Andy, who fitted the carpets, came in to finish the job in the hallway. I did show him the damages, and the reply I got was: "the damages are unavoidable, and I am not liable for any of them". He offered to fix it, but after I heard the statement above, I didn't feel confident to entrust him with this task. Andy said he would speak with the staff about it. Yesterday, I decided to go to the shop to speak directly with the manager. Based on my previous experiences with Carpetright, I was confident that any concerns raised on the phone will be ignored. The manager was not at work, and I requested one of the staff members to pass him a message to call me back the next day. Again, nobody was in touch with me.I would not recommend the shop to anyone, and I will definitely use a different company in the future. I have been left with the damages and additional costs of repairing them.

Good array of carpets, underlay and vinyl , suitable for any room in a flat or house. Staff very helpful and listen to what you need precisely , if you need some specific then tell you what's good.

After a visit to the Bridge of Don branch & being disappointed by their customer service (I twice had to chase them to follow-up our potential order) we decided to try the Kittybrewster store. There we were served by Krisztina who was super helpful.
