It was a very bad experience. Every time I said, I wouldn't not go back to this place. I was asked to issue a certificate from Saudi Arabia to send my daughter some things, such as candy and gifts, and every time, the man was bad in dealing with me.

Had a parcel for express delivery today been on phone several times to customer service apparently parcel put on van this morning then taken off still no updates on parcel delivery not a good experience when you are urgently waiting on it hence why i paid for nextday express delivery

No hello no how are you, a random guy just came to me and ask for id to collect parcel, and he needs ? proper id?. Why do they ask for id for collection but not for delivery? Id picture in my phone doesn?t work, had to be physical, proper id. His face told me ?Go back home to find it even if you?re miles away from airport?. Does he have any mandatory training on customer service? Apparently not. Not sure if he?s picking on me cause he told me I need to contact with the sender if I don?t have proper id. Or I could go back and change address online so they will deliver it. But I was just right there and standing in front of him showing him my staff pass. He?s like, nae, nae, nae, Shall I bring my birth certificate? Or bring a doctor to prove I?m alive? You know I?m going to get the parcel anyway, it?s just a matter of time. Why are they being ridiculously rude. How does dhl allow this place to exist? When is this place going to shut down? Proper damage to their reputation. Just save some cost and maybe make some redundancy to get rid of useless people. DHL account please don?t reply this review with your complaint email address, I really can?t be bothered, if you got time to reply, I?d rather use the time to train your staff properly

Hi! I have already left a positive feedback via your email/app recently; this time I wish to take the time to comment on the exceptional delivery service you provide in my area, AB24. The driver who delivered my parcel today, last time and even before last time is highly accurate, friendly and punctual. He is doing an amazing job, please keep up with this excellent job. The service that was used is DHL Express, my parcel was international, coming from JP. The only thing I may add is that sadly there is no option for sender to indicate value in currency other than USD & relevant duty charges are not applied correctly which may cause additional extra hassle to chase H.M.R.C. for a refund/correct import VAT and customs charges. Other than this minor issue, everything is perfect and correct. Delivery driver is trackable online on the day of expected delivery. Thanks!

Interesting experience here. After a long and difficult time trying to find the place, the staff tells me my item smells like fuel and ?how I can?t smell the fuel is beyond them?. They go to ?test? my item to confirm if it can be shipped and come back some minutes later to say it?ll be sent since they cannot ?prove? that it smells like fuel.Then I asked about the delivery options and I get an attitude from the person attending to me.Waiting to see how the delivery will go..

I ordered a dartboard ,surround darts and lights so not cheap either .Admittedly I forgot to change my address as I ve just moved house , so I delayed my delivery for 4 working days so I could get it sorted , tried to phone first 4 times 30-45 mins each time no answer , tried the Chat line next created by a robot not a human but left a message there , then tried email twice never ever getting an after 3 emails still nothingThen it gets delivered to my old address not signed no message to say it was there left on doorstep any body could have stolen it ,luckily my old neighbours phoned me to say, customer service at its best . NOT A CHEAP ITEM LEFT ON A DOORSTEP !!!!!!No much wonder people louse items that have been delivered.NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERMR A MCDONALDOLD ADDRESS 3 FOUNTVILLE COURT WOODSIDE ABERDEEN AB24 4FENow nobody has answered me from the company tells you a lot about them
