Sunday morning phone shopping. Was initially seen promptly and put in a queue to see an advisor. Message system on your mobile allows you to go elsewhere and return which was great. Great service and advice.

Customer service is good. I think the shop gets easily crowded and quite inevitable that there is a long wait time. Other than that, the staff try their best to serve the customers with new contracts and existing problems. Attitude was friendly and polite. If you want to avoid waiting time, then book an appointment online using the EE site. As far as the product goes, they have a stable broadband and mobile/sim-only monthly deals that have good connectivity. It?s a mixed bag when it comes to customer service, some are good and some are really really rude.

What customer service? They don't answer the phone. Like, if you want to get in contact with them... you can't. Just go online, pointless store if the staff cannot do something as basic as answer the phone.

Absolutely horrible customer service and abysmal staff attitude and manners towards customers. Staff chew gum whilst talking to you, have horrible eye contact manners, and have horrible speaking manners/attitude. I was eventually greeted at the front of the shop and the member of staff just walked away, I stood at the front waiting for them to come back, the staff member pointed at where I should sit without saying a word to me. They pointed 3 times with their finger onto a chair from the back of the room!!!!One member of staff however was extremely helpful and friendly, and had great approachability natural charisma, so two stars.
