“Been here a handful of times while working in Aberdeen but this was the best visit made fantastic by the barmaid/waitress/probably(should be if not)supervisor working tonight. Didn’t ask her name but was dark haired, smiley, slim and had a plaster on her arm as though she’d recently given blood (for staff recognition purposes). Welcomed me and gave me the option of table service, ran through the menu and told me that the gammon was unavailable but gave alternatives, gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Bubbly personality that really uplifted after another week away from home. Genuinely, the best service I’ve had in Aberdeen. She didn’t stop working for as long as I was there and as I left she was busy with other guests but gave me a smile and a wave through the window as she cleared another table. I hope Belhaven Pubs have a staff recognition program and I’ve given enough detail to make sure credit goes to where it should. Thank you!”

“I was having great difficulty getting my fuel cap off and after giving up trying to get help at Asda I drove off their forecourt and into Sainsburrys where I fixed the problem but then as it was my first time fueling there I couldn’t figure out why the pump wasn’t working and a lovely helpful gentleman spoke over the tannoy to explain what was happening. Thank you for being helpful and understanding!”

“The BEST restaurant in Aberdeen! ❤️ We was blown away by how authentic, welcoming and nice this hidden treasure is. The food was really good, we had the special soup, goats cheese pastry, lasagne and pasta dish. Everything was so well delivered including how they serve you the wine. An absolutely beautiful restaurant! One of the waiters even sang to the customers in Italian which was absolutely beautiful and he is so adorable!!”

“I came here for breakfast. The food was tasty and freshly cooked. Only quibble is I only got 2 sausages in my bap - seemed a bit tight, but it tasted nice so I was happy with my experience. The place seemed nice and clean from what I could tell. The price was just under £3 which was fair value. I would come back again.”

“First stop at this She'll for a hot snack as I saw lovely hot food at the one in Cove. Unfortunately no warm veggie options immediately available, all meat but got a veggie panini warmed up for me. The member of staff was so cheery it made me smile. Even her colleague commented on her cheerfulness. If you want to start your day with a smile this is the place to go(and for hot snacks!)”

“Usually the cheapest for fuel in the area. Opening hours aren't great and it's usually limited to the two pay at pump machines. And, annoyingly, they are set up for filling up on the drivers side and a pain if your cap is at the other side.If you are in a rush, and it's pay at pump only, you may as well nip to Tesco to avoid the queue.”

“I just want to say a massive thank you to the kind man who was working today! I moved to Aberdeen yesterday and got lost out walking with my dog! My phone died and I could not use google maps. I was really stressed but the man working was lovely and called me a taxi and then called me another one when the first one did not come because I had a dog. He was so helpful and kind and without him I would probably still be walking about and lost! Thank you ?”

“One of the best gas stations I have visited. The place is clean \\u0026 tidy and the staff is very friendly \\u0026 helpful. They also have a variety of promotions when u buy more than 1 item. Best thing is I had left my wallet there by accident one day \\u0026 the staff were so trustworthy that they returned it to me with all my money when I visited the next time. Would give 5 stars.”

Made sure I was ok,helped me back on my feet, checked my shopping was intact then insisted on staying with me until my grandchildren came to help me home.
