Got price before Xmas for failed mot from other garage main fail. Brake pads and discs put car in for fix and mot passed but no brakes done and still management light now moted car but can't drive been promised phone call from regional manager since Xmas still waiting hopefully dvsa will move this on 700 pound bill for a car that I can't drive shocking and un trust worthy

Car park is like the surface of the moon.. huge craters everywhere.\\nOne Item ordered for collection was not in stock.. had to get a refund (thankfully to a gift card) and then luckily there was one in stock across town.. who hadn't been told I was coming! Good attempt but more to improve on.

Really good service from the staff at Torry store yet again. Very helpful knowledgable folks. Pity Halfords didn?t provide self service tills and dedicated staff to handle car part installs in the car park then maybe there would be more folk on the shop floor able to help customers and the staff wouldn?t be run ragged all day.

Went in to buy windshield wipers and honestly had a great time! Liam helped me choose the right ones and fitted them too. Great experience, fantastic customer service. Excellent value for money.

Went to collect a small item I'd bought and paid for online. Arrived and gave the assistant my name. There wasn't anything with my name. He asked what the item was I described it, he found it in another cupboard. All that identified it as mine was my mobile number. I was then asked to pay for it. I said it was paid for. Nothing on the system. So I paid for it. Went outside. Eventually got into the tracking system and could show I'd already paid using PayPal. I'd been called the previous morning by the temporary manager to tell me the item wasn't in stock and it would be another day. Went back inside to explain. Eventually was refunded my second payment. Not really the guy I dealt with problem. But online, customer service and temporary holiday relief manager not impressive.

The staff were helpful. I placed an online order while in-store as the item I was after was on discount online only. But instead of needing to come back next day, the lad there processed it there and then to save me coming back!\\n\\nThanks!

Got my bike repaired, thought I needed a front derailleur but mechanic took it apart and cleaned and lubed and was fine. Parts used in repair were all price matched with competitor automatically which I was very impressed by and didn't expect. Will return
