Like most places they are finding it hard to replenish stock and they will do their best and find out from other branches if they have it in stock, which l found helpful when you get satisfaction you go back.

Shocking service today. Went in to buy some tools but was completely ignored. When someone eventually spoke to me they were of little help. Everything tied to shelves to prevent theft but makes browsing impossible.
Won't be back.
