All items that are available to purchase in this store are more expensive than in other branches of M&S. Why is it ok to make extra profit from people being unwell and hospitalised?

Lovely baguettes and the jumbo chicken drumsticks are the best. Really handy place when I'm passing through Foresterhill.

ALMOST PERFECT!! This "Marks & Spencer" shop is in an EXTREMELY convenient location at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary-situated just inside the Entrance Foyer at MAIN Front Door.Being in hospital is NEVER a pleasant time for anyone, however the fact that there is a small "Marks & Spencer" store which you can pop down to makes it a little bit easier!!In no time at all you can pick up some tasty snacks or even a nice meal to brighten up your day a little.AND.......if you are REALLY pressed for time then you can also choose to use one of the "Self Service" Tills-meaning you can pick up a bit of what you fancy in next to no time at all!!

A moderate selection of goods available for patrons of the hospital but I was concerned that the ailes were really too narrow for wheelchair users, there was definitely no way a wheelchair could go one way while someone wanted to go another! Also there was no dropped counter. Anybody who had difficulty reaching up was stumped.Considering this is in a hospital setting I was disappointed to see that so little consideration was given to those most in need and the shop just wanted to maximise floorspace usage.
