We were in just before Christmas due to having some problems with our new fish tank and the lady that helped us was absolutely fantastic she was so informative, caring and kind. I unfortunately didn't get her name but I was so grateful of her help and advice thanks to her our fish survived and are thriving.

Staff are great when you can find one.Waited 10+ minutes at the till to ask a member of staff for some assistance with purchasing some fish.Waited another 10+ minutes by the fish and nobody turned up.I understand that at times things get busy but it was a Wednesday morning with hardly any customers on the premises.I've had nothing but positive experiences up in til now.I actually go out my way to go to this particular branch because like I said previously, nothing but a positive experience.Hopefully this is just a one off.

Found what I was looking for quickly, it was a large heavy bag of food. Got to checkout and remembered something else so the lad on the till said I could leave it there. When I came back to get served the lad offered to carry the bag out to my car. Fantastic customer service.
