Our whole family have had many chemists throughout the years, Dickies Summerhill is by far the greatest of them all.Even throughout stressful and busy times *each and every member of staff* is so incredible, always friendly and mostly… efficient.Staff always go out their way and it’s so evident.I don’t know the secret, but whatever it is, it’s working. “I'm amazed at the service from Braehead Pharmacy.I normally collect my prescriptions but today, 15/12/22, at some point the driver tried to deliver when I wasn't in.I called and said I would collect but at 5.55 the same day he delivered my prescription to my door.I assume this was in his own time but none the less it was very much appreciated.A very merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you all., Especially the driver.”

“Following a recent accident my wife is currently in a wheelchair , we attempted a first time wheelchair shop at your store . A massive thank you to Dianne of the customer services team who when passing the checkouts saw we had a predicament as we had probably over shopped . She went for a second trolley and loaded our shopping as it came off the conveyor belt then helped us to our car with our shopping . I dread to think what might of occurred without her help . Dianne is a credit to Tesco Danestone .”
“My four year old daughter has a large painful persistant veruca and the over counter treatment wasn't helping. The receptionist at our Dr (Cults Medical group) refused to give us an appointment as apparently they dont 'deal with verucas' and Lloyds chemist in Cults advise was to call the Dr again! We visited Rowlands and the pharmacist couldn't have been more helpful and offered an alternative treatment to try. It may or may not work, but at least they offered some help and advise, which is more than the others done. It'll always be our first chemist to try in future. Thank you Rowlands.”

“This pharmacy in Union Street Aberdeen, has got a pharmacy on the ground floor, a lower ground floor with typical products from Scotland, some specifically for tourists. There were also soaps, candles and lotions from small Scottish very good quality suppliers.There is an amazing display of teddy bears many of them from the German company Steiff.There is also a cafe at the basement where you can get cakes, biscuits, sweet treats, soup, jacket potatoes, sandwiches and panini, plus drinks”

“Cant thank Rosemount pharmacy enoughWith every testing center for FIT to FLY antigen tests permanently closed in Aberdeen. With only 24hrs left to get the test before we left for gran canaria.
