“Parking available outside of the office. The location is more suitable for driving there, it's quite a trek on foot or from the bus stop. The hours are quite short but if you are able to make it there, the staff are very nice and efficient. Check opening hours on Royal Mail website and remember to bring your ID.”

“Very helpful friendly staff on a Saturday morning. Customer space is very small and dingy. Opening hours very short so very cramped and hours not very clear outside. Nearest post office is beside Sainsbury's.”
“Went in not long before noon on 24/7 - the staff member behind the counter was absolutely fantastic! There were 2 customers ahead of me and she dealt with them politely and efficiently. When it was my turn she did the same. Great advice, a kindly, helpful demeanour, cannot recommend the service agent that served me, highly enough.”

“There is nothing wrong with this post office. I've never had any problems. The staff are trying to do a difficult job during very difficult times. It's bad enough when the general public can't even queue properly (ignoring the signs). Well done staff for working during this pandemic and dealing with difficult customers In a small shop. You get 5* from me.”

“Service at the post office is quick and the staff were very efficient. Upon standing in the queue, was quickly greeted by a gentleman who enquired about the service I wanted and asked me to wait until the next available counter. The staff at counter were polite, helpful, and more importantly knowledgeable about the tasks which they were carrying out. The room was spacious and stocked with all essentials. The office is conveniently located inside the building opposite to Bon Accord. Look for WH Smith and take the stairs down once you are inside the shop. I am shocked to see so many negative reviews for the office. Don’t trust the negative reviews. Also it helps if people use the less busy hours.”
“Efficient service and staff, the lady always has time to have a friendly chat. Yes it's a older shop and probably could do with a little updating but still provides an impeccable service. Reduced hours so I'd advise calling to make sure they are open”
