I have just left the bank extremely unsatisfied trying to pay in a cheque and cash into the hole in the wall within the branch unsuccessfully with no assistance from any member of staff and refused to wait in line of over 20 people to be seen by a teller at the desk! A complete waste of my time, effort and fuel. I will be putting in an official complaint next time I am in the branch!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good service. Can have long queues. The car park is small and awkwardly laid out, and the potholes at the rear will destroy your suspension!

Monday morning 10.30. 27 in queue 3 tellers went back after 15 minutes the queue was even longer. Down to 2 branches for a city the size of Aberdeen a nonsense.

Dreadful place. Been in twice this week, longest queues I've ever experienced in any bank. Left queue to use ATM to pay in cheque, after 2 attempts cheque rejected (HMRC Refund). Lost place in queue on rejoining. 4 Tellers, 1 appearing to do nothing, another teller taking ages assisting the teller next to him. Moaned like hell when finally served, but woman teller couldn't care less. The most useless, inefficient bank branch I've ever been in. I will never return, glad I changed by main account to Nationwide some time ago. If this is the standard of RBS they should have been allowed to go to the wall!

I don't know why the rate is so low, but my experience is pretty good. I came to the branch on Union Street first, after being terribly treated, I went to this branch. They are quite professional. They attempted to promote some financial products, but not in forcible way.

Absolutely a joke, cannot park as insufficient parking spaces, long queues and minimal staff, automated coin counting machine out of order, self deposit machine out of order.
RBS have let down all there loyal customers, will be cancelling all my accounts and advising family, friends & colleagues to do the same
