Disappointing interaction with Caroline Thornton, Area Director for an interview. She was very quick to grandstand her 20+ years service with TSB. Her temperament was off track and I felt she was aiming at making me feel uncomfortable. She asked irrelevant questions some of which were far too personal, spoke over me whilst I was answering and displayed body language suggesting she wasn?t listening or interested. The feedback received via the recruiter was that I was unsuitable for TSB and Caroline felt I should work in a call centre. I don?t believe I had a fair and consistent interview opportunity. Perhaps I have been purposefully sent in another, more beneficial direction. Honestly hope I never cross paths with this abhorrent individual again.

I want to express my deepest thankfulness to bank TSB /Aberdeen Nicholas /to stop fraudulent transactions and specially to AMANDA BAIN which quickly recognised it and helped me to return my money back .Nobody did it before .I am very grateful for such help .

Utter disgrace with the service, half of the staff doesn?t know what is going around with own machines(computers), make u try Deposit self check out and then realise some thing wrong with machine then again another 20 Minutes to get the cash back which wasn?t accounted to the account, 4 or 5 tellers available but only one has been utilised, other running around with no clue, just can?t believe I had to spend one hour in the bank just to deposit.I was late to work that?s another issue I have deal with. Parking ticket ran out.Tsb Completely out of control.

I waited half a hour in a queue only 2 staff behind desk a guy wandering about with a clipboard he looked a bit scruffy if he was management. Had a bit of a disagreement with a younger member of Staff when guy was walking past with papers in his hand he followed him to the back of counter That should of not happened in front of customer. A customer at counter busy talking about the weather and his holidays to staff member. Could she not of said politely that there's a que and sent him away he was there for 10minutes Everyone in que was getting restless and que growing some people walked out ???

Can't get into the app to do a bank transfer so go into the branch and they won't do it because the first and last name were initials not names and I'm 100 percent sure I'm not being scammed so I've got to wait till I can get into the app again

Just contacted this branch & considering my experience of short staffed services giving incorrect, misleading or just a bad, negative responses I was actually happy when I finished my call,(but still skint)friendly & polite. My expectations of more grief were happily wrong.

Terrible experience in the St Nicholas/Union Street branch yesterday. The most unhelpful and no clue member of staff ever served me with zero customer service skills. My visit was to cancel my elderly dementia mothers house insurance (I have POA over her finances which the bank know) as no longer need this due to change in circumstances. I was advised over the phone by TSB to go into branch to cancel. I explained why I was there to no clue member of staff thinking this would be a simple case of cancelling only to be handed a number to call for there insurance as he could do nothing. I explained I had no details of her insurance other than the fact it was taken out with the TSB years ago & could he give me a reference number at least before I phone. He then eventually looked up my mothers account on the computer & snatched the number he had given me previously out of my hand before saying he couldn?t help as insurance was taken out when the TSB was with lloyds. I explained my mother is in her 80?s and was sold the insurance in the branch years ago and as such I was now trying yo cancel it at source. Needless to say he argued the point and unhelpful he kept repeating it was lloyds who sold her it. Honestly was so angry to be talked down to by him when he should of directed me even if he couldn?t help. My mum was sold this insurance by the TSB in the branch what part of that was he trying to deny? I?ve tried to phone branch today but no answer to complain so have gone on here to leave a review. So many nice people who worked for TSB have recently lost their jobs due to closures yet they keep this idiot on. I will never set foot in that branch again and will be moving my mums custom elsewhere. To make matters worse others working in the branch who observed his attitude did nothing ?

I like this bank very much. Mainly reflected in the staff will be patient to help you solve problems, has a clean and comfortable environment. The bank is conveniently located, next to M&S in the city centre. In addition, I do the bank card on the Internet, outflow is simple and convenient. I got my card in a little over a week.

So I called to pick up bank statement at the St Nicholas Aberdeen branch as I am a go paperless customer. The staff (Heather) I spoke with was very professional and I picked up statement with no hassle. Thanks TSB x
