Absolutely awful service. Every time you go in there you have to wait ages to actually speak to some one. Twice lately I've gone in to transfer money to another account at a different branch. Because of the amount i cant do it over internet banking.The first time took 40 minutes. The man who served me took down the wrong details then asked why I was trying to move money from an account that I didn't have!! The second time took over an hour to wait just to have someone to help me. His name i think was Bryon or sonething similar. He was lovely and professional. The actual transaction took place in 10 minutes, didn't help that be because of the amount he had to get up twice to print forms off then get managers authorisation. Also the uniforms. I know thats a decision from higher up but honestly bank staff walking round in jeans and trainers!!! It looks awful. I have an account with Bank of Scotland and am going to start moving everything across to them as its a far better service. I've never waited more than 10 minutes to get in and out of there. Byron did tell me that the bank has a high staff turnover rate as they all leave to join the council. Funny how bank of Scotland doesn't seem to have that problem!!!

Just a terrible bank. Not open on Saturdays, so you have to book time off work to go in. When you do go in, there are only two kiosks open at any time, if that. So you stand around for half an hour as the queues are often quite long, for something that takes 2 minutes to do.Just a waste of time.

Went there today, without an appointment and given help with transferring money to a new account. Two young staff, Brent and Connor ( I think) were so polite, helpful and patient with me! Excellent customer service, well impressed.x

I went there today in Aberdeen with my dog Toots, my dad and my cousin. We were seen by Laura. Laura was very nice and patient and provided a wonderful service.

Awful service, lots of staff but no one actually knows how to help, can?t wait to move to another bank, don?t come to virgin money if you want reliable service and a app that actually works.
