I had purchased a number 4 helium balloon and a few other things, I left the balloon in my car and did a bit of shopping. I returned less than 20 minutes later to see the balloon had split down one of the seams. I returned to the shop and spoke to Donna who looked at the balloon and agreed with my assessment. I needed a balloon and I was more than happy to pay for another to save hassel but the staff assured me that it's a clear defect and I could have another.
