Paid a lot to get a chain fixed as they had to order in the clip, quality was shocking and broke not long after, was the cheapest silver i have seen used to "repair" it. Very dissapointed and will not be back.

Great friendly customer service. Needed links removed from a watch that two other jewellers tried and couldn't remove, but Mr McFarlane managed to remove them and did not charge a fortune for the work either.
