Called for my vehicle to be provided with a quote to repair damage and was told to send photos to Whatsapp. Did so and never heard back despite confirmation from the app that they had seen my photos and messages. One month later, never heard a thing back.Reply to comment: I originally sent you a message on the 4th and my follow up was on the 6th, which I still never received any form of acknowledgement. The customer should not be in a position to chase for a simple quotation. If you closed for a month, acknowledgement would have been appreciated.
