“This is our local pharmacy, where I have repeat prescriptions dispensed. In December, we had a catastrophic flood in our home, the Insurance company put us up in a hotel some 20 miles away. I ordered my repeat prescription & drove to Sauchie to collect it but, it wasn't ready. I explained our situation to the lady serving me and advised that In order to collect the prescription we'd have another 40 mile journey to make. Despite being VERY busy, the woman who was dealing with me, prepared my prescription there & then in order to prevent an unnecessary additional journey. In my book, Lindsay & Gilmour went above & beyond on this occasion”
