Can?t fault the post service. Always been very good. Card through door as parcel to big. Sorting office open from 8am till 10amIs this a joke. 2 hours a day. All you?re doing is putting people off from using your service.Only open 2 hours a day. Unbelievable.

As others have said, their opening hours are ridiculous. 8am to 10am. That is all. Super if you're unemployed. Heaven forbid you work for a living.

Royal mail , got a cheeck calling themselves royal, something needs to be done , if its any conciliation you are as big a joke as the royals, maybe that's what royal means,someone really needs to take you over and supply the service we are paying for. Negative minus 50 stars

Post man left a card at my door ,,sorry we missed you,,. My Mrs was at home, our door bell works, who know what's happened how they missed us. Anyway had option to collect the parcel myself next day at the alloa delivery office. Opening time till 6pm on Thursday so I did arrive at 17:02 to the place, didn't find anybody there, walking up and down around the building pressed door bell, knocked on every single door, but no answer. The lights were still ON inside the building's kitchen area so I assume someone was still there. Wasted 20 min there gave up went home. Dissapointed.

ROYAL MAIL IN ALLOA ARE A COMPLETE JOKE! DO THEY EVENUNDERSTAND WHAT A DELIVERYSERVICE IS? IM CONSIDERING CHARGING A COLLECTION FEE DUE TO ALL THE TIMES I RUN FROM ALVA TO ALLOA IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT IM NOT GETTING. WAY TO GOOD AT STICKING A CARD THRO THE DOOR RATHER THAN MAKE THE EFFORT TO LEAVE WITH A NEIGHBOUR OR IN A SENSIBLE SAFE AREA ON THE PROPERTY. I NOW ASK WHO IS DELIVERING ANYTHING I BUY ONLINE IF ITS ROYAL MAIL I TRY NOT TO PURCHASE . I DONT THINK THEY DESERVE ONE STAR!!! HOWEVER IM SURE THEY WILL HAVE SOME WONDERFUL EXCUSE FOR IT ALL. ROYAL MAIL MAKES HERMES LOOK AWESOME!!

Dear sirYour postman on Saturday and today Wednesday seems to think that my front garden is a shortcut to deliver post , after being warned on Saturday he still insists on using it as a footpath ,so you either do something about this situation or I will ,this is the final warning, this stops today there are footpaths provided so use them

Payed £6:86 for next day delivery, but it never arrives, sometimes 3 days later, royal mail do not have a next day delivery service is a government con to get money out of you, 8 out of 10 next day deliveries never arrived for days

The worst delivery service ever. The delivery driver rang my door bell, put a card through my letter box then disappeared with my parcel, which in reality constitutes theft. I thoroughly recommend you don't use this company to deliver parcels as they are likely will not arrive.

The morning of 27th of May. Another parcel sent via their delivery office that never reaches its destination. Did it even leave the delivery office? Absolute thieves. Should've known, the horrible "customer service" you receive at the front desk has shady written all over it.

Received my lost order from USA this morning Thanks to Davie Am very pleased now as this order has been lost for a good few weeks.I was Also served very quickly at sorting office with no issues.

Seem to be getting weekly deliveries now (separate deliveries in one day). Plants sent first class arrived 10 days later, dead. Still waiting on other perishables, I don't hold out much hope. Bit of a con when you pay extra money for "speedy" delivery. From previous reviews, the place looks to be an absolute shambles with a management problem.

Got a red card through the door saying I had a parcel. Dropped into sorting office same evening on the off chance, as I was passing, even though it should be the following day. Denise at the counter was so helpful, and checked tracking system and searched the place until she found it. So helpful and friendly.
