After a non-fault incident with our car but lucky enough to watch it happen and get the at fault party's details, we were told their insurance would be in touch within 48 hours, 2 weeks later and not hearing anything we took our car to east coast and explained the situation to Colin. Colin introduced us to a 3rd party claim company that would deal with the incident and get our car repaired as we had the at fault parties details. Within the hour of phoning this company, our car was booked in and courtesy car arranged. Colin kept us up to date on parts being delivered from the dealer due to manufacturer only parts being on back order, he also kept us up to date as the repairs went on. Once the final part comes in from the manufacturer (the diamond for the grill) colin is going to take the car back to fit it. Would highly recommend east coast for their fast friendly service and top quality work.Service: Painting
