Lazy and useless employees! last time using Royalmail, move to Evri! I paid online to send parcels, he was supposed to come and pick them up from my Business (High Street), the person who was supposed to do it avoided me, he drove past at speed just so he wouldn't do it, I waited 3 days and no one it didn't come, I got tired of waiting (this thing affected my business) I went to royal mail and the man who was employed there couldn't help me, he didn't even know how to manage the problem, plus I had to pay again after what I paid online for collection and labels!!!

Again I added a request and a change of delivery date. I have the email to say that my delivery date had been updated. I also asked for it to go to my neighbours. As usual the request was ignored and card put in door to say I was not in and not even on my requested day. Royal Mail you are the worst delivery service out there.

The website really needs to be updated on a weekly basis. On various occasions, I've gone to the office to collect a parcel and it's either closed or has a totally different opening time compared to the website. Plus the 'leave in a safe place' option seems to gave been ignored when Royal Mail gives me that option. Very frustrating. Jumping through hoops to change working hours for the redelivery service too which is usually 3 days after the original delivery attempt.\\nC'mon folks.....you can do better. You are Royal Mail!

Today I had parcel forced through my letter box and packaging was recked. Luckily it wasn't anything fragile. If it doesn't fit, don't force it. It's not a first time. It's really frustrating. I rather go and pick up my parcel at least it won't be damaged. Also there was people in house, surely you could see the light, next time ring a bell.

Royal mail cant get it right at all. They are the only delivery service that very seldom delivers a parcel. Every other service can. When i am ordering on line i refuse to use companies that use royal mail.

Waste of time only open for 2 hours 7am till 9am no times on card left useless.
