I visited store to order decking for cutting and collection the following day. The staff could not be more helpful and ably assisted when one or two items were out of stock but an alternative was found. On returning the next day everything was ready and waiting for me to uplift. Excellent service all round.

Sadly all B&Q s in Ayrshire (3 - Stevenson, Kilmarnock, Ayr )have limited stock unlike Darnley and Paisley. So invariably i have to drive to bigger store for choice and sizes.

If I could give it 0 I would absolutely dreadful customer service from them not help full and really rude at the tills I can't even blame 1 person as they are all the same I won't be bk I will use other b&q they make you feel like you are guilty of some thing I was working local so had no option but to use them and they kept complaining how I stacked the trolly when you are buying in bulk it's hard to stack stuff neatly specially when you are in a hurry then they had the cheek to check under the bags as if I was shop lifting never in my life have I ever been treated like this in a shop

My favourite local convenient DIY shop. I can get most of the things I need here most of the time. Just a shame they don't deliver the bigger items I sometimes need to the area that I live.

Was helped today by a great lad Euan who helped me locate what I was looking for. He rang the killie store to check the product was in stock and asked them to put it aside so I could nip up and get it. Was a great help
