I was greeted with a smile, taken for tests within a couple of minutes. I was talked through every step with clear and concise instructions. I had a painful back problem and I was shown lots of patience while I moved from one station to another..thank you.The optician herself treated me in exactly the same way and she was easy to talk to. She answered my questions with clarity. It was an excellent experience

Service - first class. Staff very friendly and efficient. I feel staff have always taken my eye sight seriously which is paramount to me especially as I have diabetes. It's through the quick action of being referred to the eye dept at the hospital, that has saved my sight. Can't thank staff enough.
