Worst bank you can go with stole my money, can't even get through to anyone, no options on automated its a disgrace to not touch this bank, several times my money has been taken. No cause just stolen from the bank. Should not be allowed to operate, and definitely should not be allowed to steal peoples money

Disgusting to see staff demand that customers tell them why they are withdrawing funds from their own accounts, Then demanding to know where you are from because even though the correct ID is shown. Then to hear the bank clerk shouting out personal information (that is restricted under the data protection act) just because the customer was elderly, the amount of breaches in the branch at Ayr NEED investigated. Totally and utterly mortified...Banks are expensive...manners cost nothing. WAS a loyal clydesdale bank customer for over 20 years....GOODBYE!

Queues outside usually about 10/12 long waiting for anything up to 30 minutes.Only one teller on but staff continually ask if there is anything they can do which only leads to further agrivation as generally there is nothing they can do other than get behind the counter.Customer prevention in the extreme! If the manager is trying hard to close the branch they are doing a great job. After standing in the queue for 20 minutes I gave up and as I was going to Glasgow I popped into the Newton Mearns branch, what a difference was greeted with a smile and was shown to a teller who was very pleasant and 5 minutes later business complete I was back in the car.It?s the usual experience that it?s nothing to do with companies or businesses but all about people.Lessons to be learned, and the manager at the Ayr branch should take heed as my experience is that few businesses survive without customers.

Just been given the finger by a worker at this branch who was going to work and nearly ran me down. Then parked on the pavement so she could open the gate making me walk on the road. If this lady is indicative of the Clydesale bank then I am glad I do not bank here. She is blonde and drives a white 4x4 as though she owns the work... have a nice day

Utterly ridiculous that there are only two tellers on. Queue out the door and 4 other members of staff sitting at other desks as onlookers.

Worst bank layout ever!!! 2 people on at the desk, and the queue was to the door! They have so much open space it's horrible that older people have to wait this long! Change your layouts!!
