congratulations to the seller for the accurate diagnosis, apparently he knew that he knew better which car I was driving, I wanted to buy a battery, the seller convinced me that I needed a battery with start and stop, I explained that there was no such system in my car, but the guy insisted to the Pegout dealer that it was there and that's why I was forced to buy the battery for double the price, thank you eurocarparts

Ordered a pressure washer had parts missing couldn't get a replacement same day which is fair enough its the cheek and attitude from guy that works the desk could clearly be doing with a customer service course. Wont be back.

Placed an order, website and email clearly states 6pm opening time. Even customer support states they should be open till 6pm? Drove for 30 min to meet a closed door. Complaint getting sent through.
