Terrible service came in at 17.55 and was told I couldn't get a prescription because they close at 18.00 even do the website says they are closing at 19.00. When I asked if they knew somewhere else I could get my prescription I was told to look it up on my smartphone thanks for the help

I was on holiday visiting my brother and went to the pharmacy for advice regarding a rash on my neck. The pharmacist and her staff were so very helpful and advised me to get an emergency GP appointment. Highly recommended.

so disappointed in the poor service with your click and collect service. I use it most weeks. I'm often left with the boxes rolled up to my boot and then all staff disappear your left to try and roll them away yourself once you've loaded them in your boot. that's dangerous with traffic coming by. tonight when I picked up my order the same happened... but my alcohol had the security tag left on. I stood looking for help and then rang a bell for ages before support arrived. can you kindly ask staff to stay nearby to assist with things like this or I will be using other supermarkets.

Well after working all weekend, I ordered a food shop from Morrison?s through Amazon. My order was due to b delivered between 4-6. My mum was waiting for this delivery at my house while I was at work. Still hadn?t been delivered when I was due to finish at 6.30 so I had to walk home as she continued to wait for delivery. At 8.30pm I got an email to say my order was cancelled and I would have to wait 2-3working days for a refund.. I?m now in a situation where as a single parent who doesn?t drive have to walk my kids age 6 and 9 who would normally be bedded to local Tesco express being the only shop open on a Sunday night.. after contacting Amazon to complain I was offered an APOLOGY. That doesn?t put milk in my kids cereal. I have yet to get in touch with anyone from Morrison?s..

Charged 50p for plastic bag . No alternative on offer and no price alerting customer to cost of bag. ?Saving the planet? I was told. Taking money from mainly older generation with a few bits to carry. Shameful. Offer an alternative to those with no bag

Worst customer service in the world, the staff all speak down at you if you request a prescription back, I would advise going elsewhere
