Very poor experience- visited in an emergency (lone female) with my space saver tyre on following a burst. The manager tried to con me in to paying £300 for a single tyre when he could see I was distressed and stressed out. He was very unhelpful, I asked if there were any other local places that could help and he was very obstructive and said there were none, when there were 2 smaller places literally on the next street which were able to resolve the issue for a fraction of the price.

Poor customer service. Unhelpful and unwilling to do anything for me. Had to go back the next day to sort out paperwork. Slpare wheel was loose in the boot I thought the wheel was slack!

Starting my shift on a Saturday, found a very flat tyre on the Motability vehicle that I use. I Remembered that there was a Kwik Fit in Barrhead. The guys were brilliant and very helpful and friendly, also the manager stated that he would not leave me stranded, and would sort something out, after a couple of photos and a phonecall it was sorted. So I highly recommend these guys if you have a Motability car, thanks again guys.

BEWARE FEMALES!booked my car in Paisley Road branch, for service , picked up was told needs new brake pads and discs where worn away. They could do for £400 and I could use there Kwik Fit Bumble scheme to pay up. Taking the advice of David Devlin, I put my car into my local garage for 2nd opinion they advised there was nothing wrong with either discs or pads. I Wrote to complain got another sexist and very cocky ?manager? Mark McKnight on phone telling me only option was to bring in and they would show me myself!! I?m no mechanic but I believe the genuine garage I use. I wrote to head office and still wait a response. Absolutely shocking service saw a woman thought I was gullible. Wrong lady this time guys. I always get a second opinion! I would never step foot in a Kwik Fit again. Managers where both shocking especially Mark McKnight.

I was not happy with the customer service at all. Felt awkward and no clue of what work was required and how long it will take. I went back and fourth to the garage 3x before the work was done.

Friendly efficient service offered by staff. The car was ready when the manager said it would be and I also received a courtesy call to say the car was ready.
