Great branch! Been in with my family a few times over the last few months. Friendly, efficient and a warm welcome. Other branches closer to home (East Kilbride) could learn a thing or two about portion size and customer service from these guys! x

Ordered online and my order came without my sandwich included. They were extremely apologetic over the phone. Owner of the store drove a replacement straight out.

Fast food it ain't!Service is exceptionally slow. No sense of Q management at all, I stood for 20 minutes waiting to be served with only 1 person in front of me. Given it is a busy shopping centre with staff on lunches you would envision they would have a sense of urgency around them.

Can?t recommend the guys at silverburn subway enough.. ordered on just eats to the wrong address on my phone app. So phone shop to change address and they quickly changed address over with a very polite welcoming manner. No problem at all. When order arrived they also added some complimentary cookies which they didn?t have to do as I was the one who messed up delivery address. After receiving my order they called back to make sure everything was ok with the order. Great customer service ?????? Thanks guys
