“As in all Semi-Chem shops there is always a bargain to be sourced in store and the selection of all general household items is both vast (for a relatively small store) and extremely reasonably priced. Overall a very good (albeit rather small) local outlet which serves Armadale well and is manned by both pleasant and helpful staff.”

“Came in today (4/11/23) to collect an online order but was told that my order had not arrived yet, I was given a contact number for customer services in order to get more information or cancel the order so I could buy something in store but they (customer services) were completely disinterested. Stating that I wasn't aloud to cancel or return the item until it arrived at store.Jacqueline and her security colleague were very helpful in branch 546 and helped me in finding something in the meantime while I wait to cancel the order. Dealt with the issues very professionally and the short comings on the online side of the business obviously dont reflect the retail store side.Thanks boots bathgate.”
