Online says post office is open at 9am it's 9.37 and its closed shutters down. Now got to travel 15 miles to the next one that is open

Post office open at 9am. I was there at 8.57am as was going to buy something. Spent over £28 at shop and went to post office. I was told I have to wait outside the door on a rain for 1 minute before I can go to post office and that I'm not allowed to wait in the shop. Absolutely heatless, arrogant old woman. It was 8.59 when she almost screamed at me. I'll use post office in future as no other option in Whitburn but I'll never ever buy anything from this shop again.

Some jobs worths work there who are most unhelpful and just look down their noses at you.They also told me incorrect information!! Not helpful!!

Miserable, unhelpful staff. Almost revel in being self righteous, smirking at you across the counter. Well again, given wrong info twice in 6 months. Learn to listen and get your facts right before you are so dismissive with your customers. Two older ladies. Poor show. Reported to P.O. Cest miserables! Must be hard being that dour.

Used this post office for about 20 years and I don't have any complaints about the staff or service. Always friendly and accommodating.

Staff friendly can be busy at times. Efficient service. Stationery and birthday cards available to purchase. They also have passport service and photo booth. You can also withdraw cash from certain banks, I?m not sure how many but Bank of Scotland they accept. Also there is a shop attached to post office, post office is straight up the back end of shop.
