A huge thank you to Megan, a lovely member of staff who helped me when my glasses fell off in the store and the leg snapped off. She helped me find the screw and the leg and asked if I was alright. Nobody else in the queue moved. Thank you!

I post this in the hope that the individual concerned and indeed her manager sees this.I have had nothing but a great experience whenever I use this garage. The staff are always lovely but yesterday (11/04/21) at 1845 I called in for petrol and honestly... the nature of the girl on the cash desk was just the best.I had been having a very low and bad time for a few days and had started to get a bit self conscious about going out etc so it was a bit of a chore for me to face having to go and get petrol. I hid behind my mask and kept my eyes down and got what I needed. I got to the cash desk and was met by a lovely greeting by a young girl with reddish long hair and honestly... her customer service was second to none. The boost she gave me (of course not knowing how I?d been feeling etc) was unreal and all that without a second thought on her behalf.I can honestly say that a simple thing that I was dreading doing (going into public and having to go in a shop) was made a lovely experience by this girl and it?s people like this that don?t get recognise for these small things that really can change how someone?s feeling without them even knowing.People are all too quick to complain about services etc and tend to hold back on recognising the amazing experiences you have and for that reason I?d like to extend a thank you to this girl and hope that she sees this or her management recognise the credit to the company she is!

completely incorrect opening hours listed here (they shut at 10pm, not 12am) which they have known about for over a year and done nothing about. you can imagine how dangerous these incorrect opening hours can be for a fuel garage, especially when the A809 to the north of Scotland comes out of the junction where this business is.Reply to response: No I'm still at a loss as to how you can't just change the opening hours on Google when the closing time has been consistent in the past year. You put drivers in very difficult situations when you are the last fuel garage for a long distance in that direction and you are closed when advertised as open, that's not an inconvenience that's a dilemma . There is no way there have been staff isolating for the 2 years of Covid-19 with no replacements to keep shop open for 2 hours. If you want to change the opening hours, fine, just change the numbers here? If not then maybe look for more staff?

Had a tyre pressure problem this morning. So had to use air pressure machine. The air pressure machine had a problem with accepting cars. So had to use cash. Got ready change exchanged in the shop no issue! Special mention to staff this morning. The gent inside the shop quickly came out (despite rain!) and assisted with the operation of the air pressure machine which even after cash inserting wasn't working properly. This is very much appreciated and the matter was quickly resolved, we could get the tyres pumped up and carried on our journey. Thank you to staff. Whilst at the station also refuelled! PS couldn't catch the name of the gent attending the till around 12o'clock today. Very helpful and cordial.

Bit expensive but has a good choice of ready meals and fresh produce. Fuel prices are always one of the dearest in the area, probably till the jet garage at courthill reopens. Staff are great but be ready for a shock when u get to the till and its a few quid more than expected .

I work for security on a local site and this garage is very ideal to buy meals, water and ciggarette's. Online it States that opening time is 6am. i arrived at 07:15am and the store assistants had said that they were not open yet and we were not aloud in to buy anything and they wouldn't be open for another 45 minutes that is not a 6am opening and the online time is misleading.It would be great full if the opening time was adjusted online as people will be able to go somewhere else if they properly state the right time of opening thank you

Working ona local security site tge location is ideal, opening times state 6am, for several weeks we get extra supplies for a shift at around 7.15am, on this occasion the workers open the door asked what we wanted and refused to grant us a few minutes to purchase water and cigarettes, we asked when would we possibly be able to purchase these things and were told 45 minutes we would have to wait.I dont believe the staff attempted to assist us on this occasions, we have previously been assisted at this time before.I would appreciate clarity on opening times.

We went to BP garage this evening and as you can see from the receipt on the photograph, yet again we have had to request the advertised price be rectified.My husband and I purchase from this garage every week and spend in excess of £80 per week on groceries. I have noticed on numerous occasions at M&S BP outlets that the multi-buy promotions are rarely generated at the till point.Today we purchased lamb £3.50 and a 2 for £1 chocolate deal. Cliff who was serving us was a lovely and as I always do, I asked him to ensure the offer price did go through. As you can see from our receipt Cliff had to manually enter £1 for our purchase of chocolate. The lamb went through the EPOS system as £3-70 when it clearly stated £3-50 on the packaging.Cliff said the pricing is not entered by staff but the new girl Emma who was working there began shouting at me and my husband. She stated that the system doesn?t make these mistakes despite both products being over charged!!I said that their till calculations were verging on criminality and Emma said ?excuse me, don?t talk like that to ma staff? Cliff knew that the comment was bonafide and directed at the franchisee?s systems, or should I say, lack of!!I am reporting this matter to Trading Standards as I have had enough of being ripped off in here.Emma is an extremely unfriendly new-start with an obvious issue with me for highlighting this incessant overcharging. Never has the charge been lower, always substantially higher.The till receipt speaks for itself. Emma proceeded to state that she would call the manager and I was delighted thy Wendy came out. Wendy and every other staff member knows me well in this garage. Emma was asked by Wedlndy to apologise for her rudeness but she responded with another very ineloquent, ?I?m not sayin sorry to them?Needless to say, I think Emma is a nasty piece of work who should be removed from the branch. Wendy was highly embarrassed and Cliff made it clear that he was aware why we were aggrieved.
