Yet again this chemist cannot answer their phone and again have had a prescription for a week and not advised it is ready to collect. Last time I had a rude remark made to me about not being on their ?text service? as they don?t have time to answer the phone! And guess what, I was on the text service, they just hadn?t used it to tell me the prescription was ready. Going to avoid from now on.

Worst chemist I?ve ever been too. The staff are very rude and not only do they never answer the phone they consistently never have your prescription. It?s always an argument to try and collect your prescription. They make it very difficult for you to get your medication on time and there?s always a very long wait regardless of whether they have your medication or not. Terrible service every time. You will notice this with every customer not just yourself.Awful awful awful service.

Branch: Lloyds Pharmacy, Milngavie Rd, Bearsden.Today, 30th May @ 3pm - my husband (David Donaldson) and I turned up for our much needed 15min antigen lft test as we needed this done 24hrs prior to our flight to Miami (Tue morning) - we booked this online and the appointment was confirmed - your shop was closed - this level of service is appalling- we then were running about like headless chickens, 'where do we go, as we can't fly next morning?' After a lot of calling & driving in/around Glasgow we eventually got an appointment at the Randox Centre, in Glasgow City centre.Your booking system has caused us endless stress & this level of service is unacceptable. I just hope that there wasn't loads of people in the same predicament today!A rediculous service, really unhappy with Lloyd's Pharmacy.Elizabeth & David Donaldson

Very slow service , was told to come back after 15 mins for prescriptions and was then told to come back the next day, every time I?m in this pharmacy they always have nothing and big long line of customers outside the store waiting in the cold and a bonus for getting more sick ,when I also ask the pharmacist questions regarding medication she has no clue how the medications work or even what they are used for , no confident answers and staff are chatting and laughing aswell as items on shelves have the wrong prices and once at the tills they show up as more expensive??? Such a stupid place like a wonder land, my doctor was also fed up as he sent prescriptions the day Before and they still never processed them , so I now always tell my doctor to give me the prescription and I now take it somewhere else ,

My impression is that this pharmacy is so disorganised with staff who are either inexperienced or poorly trained. They repeatedly tel me my prescription is not there despite me GP assuring me that it was sent. Today i waited 1 hr outside in a huge queue. Understand covid etc causing staff shortages but this is type of service is pretty common. Had enough. Will not go back

As a frequent flyer at this pharmacy I can only extend my gratitude to the team for the hard work and constant professionalism, and amazing patient care. I appreciate there are challenging circumstances, but I very much am a test of the system! And I am so grateful for their support.

Avoid using this pharmacy if at all possible. Staff are disinterested and unhelpful and could do with some basic training in customer service. Currently only two customers are allowed in the shop at one time so be prepared for a wait. At 4pm on a Monday I had to wait for over thirty minutes before I even got into the shop (the queue was around ten people). One customer said she had been waiting for over an hour.Also be warned that as at 17 January the opening times given on their website are not correct. They are currently operating "temporary hours" which mean they are open 10-5 and closed 1-2pm.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Now taking 10 days to process a prescription. Called ahead to check and was told to come to shop if I wanted to know if my prescription was in. Went to shop and was told my prescription wasn?t available, despite having received from my doctor 4 days before. This is the third time this has happened in recent months. Was in the shop for 10-15mins and heard the staff being rude to several customers. Not a pleasant place to have to go to. Will now have to look at other options

Poor customer serviceAnnoyed at having gone back to this particular branch. I did look for an email address to write my compliant but couldnt find one. The staff here have no clue regarding front desk management. I ordered some important items. After waiting 10 minutes i gave up on the idea of being served. A dispenser had seen me stand waiting, whilst staff could be heard chatting in the back. They have got to be the slowest ive ever come across in a chemist. The shop was quiet with one fed up customer waiting on her prescription. I voiced my annoyance to her and she agreed that the service was awful. I have read complaints about this place before on social media. One staff member coming on describing how busy they are. If thats the case at least acknowledge your customers. Its the elderly and infirm i feel sorry for where this is their closest chemist.

As a regular customer i am shocked at these comments it is a shame this shop is so underrated i can only imagine the hard work that goes on especially through this difficult time and the pressure they are all under all of the time This shop is very short staffed but they do a wonderful job and always do the best they can with a smile I am forever grateful

This is the worst pharmacy in the area by a country mile. Staff are disinterested and rude. Tell you to come back in 15 mins, return after 45mins, knowing how incompetent they are, and get told to wait a further 30 minutes. I have low expectations whenever I have to go in, and I am still surprised at just how bad it is. Avoid whenever possible!

Most incompetent and rude and unhelpful staff I have ever seen. They regularly lie about "just" receiving your prescription even though the gp had confirmed it was sent three days prior. Appointments written down in their diary are forgotten about and when told to come back later for your prescription its still not ready the next day. They're a joke.
