Recently visited to have my vision tested and my first ever pair of glasses measured and fitted. All staff (from the front desk to the optician herself) were incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining everything very clearly. Highly recommended.

My mother recently lost a leg and we decided to go here as her usual optician is so far away. We were hoping to see someone as her eye has become red and inflamed so we popped in, we were greeted by a woman who asked us instantly what our ?usual? optician was, then were basically told to try somewhere else as all appointments were full today (place was totally empty) I explained that we weren?t looking for an appointment just for the optician to have a look at mums eye a two minute exam but this woman who lacked common manners dismissed us again and literally told us to go elsewhere. Very disappointing I?m not sure if it was prejudice toward disabled people or just a lack of understanding but it felt really uncomfortable. She was rude obnoxious and dismissive and seemed to lack empathy.
