Post office opening time for Saturday intimated 9am until 1pm. Called in at 9.15am, to be told the post office staff will not be coming in until 11am. When I questioned this , I was informed that its only Monday to Friday opening times that are relevant and they can open anytime they want on a Saturday, irrespective what opening times they advertise? Service and Standards of Royal Mail are non existent in this place !!

I have used this post office on several occasions and the guy who is behind the counter has no customer skills whatsoever. He is rude and never smiles but I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt as we can all have bad days. The final straw was on Friday when my daughter arrived there at 4.45 and he told her the post office was closed and when she said it?s not 5 he bluntly said we?re closed. I then went and took my daughter to Bearsden cross, thinking we would be too late but thankfully the guys there couldn?t have been more helpful and dealt with my daughters postal returns without bother.I am surprised the Spey road post office is still open with the attitude of the guy in the shop. Will not be returning here .

Opening hours given as 9am to 5pm. Went in at 4.15 for cash but was told that P.O. counter closes at 4pm. I suggest they mention this on website.

The guy who works here is unnecessarily rude and not helpful. Avoid if you can.

Since new management took over, extremely rude to customers and unhelpful, would rather drive 10 mins to another post office.

I can?t believe how rude someone can be !!!the guy works as a cashier there knows nothing about customer service, every time i went there , he was eating and he told me he can?t do my job !!also his behavior and way of speaking is very rude and disrespectful, don't even go there for your most essential work please!

Don't bother.... they only open the post office when they can be bothered. This week it's closed as 'the guy is on holiday'. Waste of time coming here.

I have order X3 with snappy shopper all 3 times a accepted my order then said they are to busy to send it canceked my order and a refund takes 5days

Nice family but hit-and-miss post office services! Opening times vary and so many times I've walked all the way there only to find they've shut early/are on lunch...

Google hours were wrong, it only open in mornings. If you go to Bearsden it is still open normal hours.

Where can I start, my local shop that I tend to use very rarely. But was in today for some milk for my wee boy was 30 pence short but the owner said it was fine. Lovely customer service! Would definitely recommend.
