I was there at the end of March 2024 and previously a few years ago and a lot has changed since then. New management and waste and mess visible everywhere. Delivery time and treatment of people is also at a low level. When I asked why it was like that, I received the answer that it was "Health and Safety".You can hide various things under this slogan.Comparing similar distribution centers in Europe, the English system cannot be efficient and competitive and is therefore bought out by other capital.

Absolute joke. Won't accept you earlier, won't accept if you are late, but In the meantime, they don't mind keeping you waiting for hours on end. There's absolutely no respect for drivers whatsoever. A specially from Goods Inn male manager.

The worst RDC I've delivered to in the UK . It doesn't even merit 1 star . You hand keys in AND fit a Suzie lock AND Still have to sit in a cold cluttered uncomfortable "drivers waiting room" . Please don't send me back !!!

The office is near ramp 65, they unloaded it quickly, the documents had to wait.
