Disgusting, holes in walls, rude staff, guest openly smoking weed in the carpark. More like a road workers b&b. Noise, rooms to hot, smelly beds, showers with mould, pee stains on carpet. Horrible

Great hotel only complaint was a very horrible stain on the sofa. Brilliant bath and shower, comfortable bed.Nearby activities: MC Donald's, petrol station and shop nearby

In a nice location, the food of the hotel's restaurant very very nice (dinner and breakfast) BUT the rooms are DIRTY!!! Before we used it, the bath was full of pubic hair around and the toilet was stinking urin. Awful ?Although I complained to the receptionist she replied:- Well ..we are fully booked...Well I am sorry but I am not staying for free!!!Nevertheless nothing changed. Nobody cleaned this bathroom. You could see the stains of other people's mess ? I had to clean it (with what I had) myself.Very bad experience.

Enjoyed our stay for a long weekend here. Had a lovely warm welcome from reception and the rest of the staff were lovely too. Restaurant next door was good with friendly staff and good food,drink. Overall great location perfect to jump on the train to Glasgow.Rooms: Very clean spacious rooms sofa bed to sit on while you watch TV. Well serviced.Nearby activities: McDonald's subway and Londis store on same site. Also esso garage. 12-15 walk into bellshill shops and local amenities Inc train stationWalkability: Easy paths to get you into the town centre only 12 to 15 minutes walk.Food & drinks: Brewers fayre serve a all you can eat buffet, Sunday carvery,children's play area for kids parties. The menu and food and drinks are all good.

Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family and squeezing a bit of sightseeing thrown in.Located just off an A Road, not far from the motorway network, and across from a garage and a very busy McDonalds. Once inside you couldn't hear much of any noise produced.A very friendly greeting at reception from Abbie(?). Quickly sorted our card for the room and we were on our way.Premier Inn rooms are a pretty good standard wherever you go.Bed, in my opinion was quite comfy. However, my wife found it very uncomfortable. We ended up putting the quilt for the single bed under her side of the valance sheet, but it didn't help a great deal.Room was a little warm on arrival, so turned the temperature down on the heating. Luckily there was a fan and an opening window which helped to reduce the temperature.Easy checkout.Rooms: Rooms are a pretty good standard.Bed, TV, fan, kettle with tea/coffee/sugar/milk, bathroom with bath and shower.What more do you need?

Looking for a place while we went to venture out and explore whilst visiting family. Didn't want an inner city location so this was ideal, close to major routes to allow you to get out to Glasgow, Edinburgh and Southern Scotland.

I stayed here for business and I didn't expect much being so far out of Glasgow but it was a really great hotel. The staff were friendly and helped me with an iron and couldn't do more for me. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and a little lukewarm. The hotel itself needs updated as a bit run down but overall it was a great stay and I would stop here again if business brought me out this way.
